Terms of sale

 

The artist commits to send the order within 5 to 10 business days.
Your artwork will be shipped with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. A signature might be required upon delivery.

Orders are subject to the taxes of the country of delivery. Orders that pass through customs are subject to import duties, country of delivery taxes and customs administration fees. In such cases, a customs invoice will accompany your package or follow by mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees, duties and taxes.

 

 

Cancellation period

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To initiate a return, you can contact me at nic.obu.art@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I'll share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
